What we do...
Every component is disassembled, assessed, labelled and boxed.
All woodwork to be totally stripped back to the bare wood.
Any imperfections repaired and the complete table is to be
re polished back to its original state in a medium Oak lustre.
New pocket leathers and nets are to be fitted.
Cushions re-rubbered and then recovered in 100% English Wool napped cloth.
All the Oak is original. The solid Oak legs and frame are very securely held together with 3/8” steel plates and bolts.
It has a four-section solid Oak table top. Each section has supports on the underside where it fits to the table surface and has location dowels to line up each section. Each piece of the table is numbered according to the pockets and the ends are marked. Each corner of the base is marked, "E. J. Riley, Ltd. Accrington," and the pocket number.
The E. J. Riley Ltd logo is to be renewed with a new badge from the same batch as the original at the Baulk end.
The dimensions of the table are: 34 1/2" wide, 64 1/2" long, and 28" high.
The table top dimensions are: 37 3/4" wide, 67 1/4" long, and 3/4" thick.
