Everything is better than fine with the table.  We are extremely pleased with it, both from the point of view finish and appearance, but also how it plays.  It is without question the truest most responsive table I have ever played on.  “You can roll a ball the length of the table at snail’s pace and watch it track a perfect line without even slight bobbling".  I am very pleased and impressed and thank you for your craftsmanship, flexibility and fast service.

I have to say I have been very impressed with your whole service, from start of communications through to completion of the table installation.  I had researched quite a few sources of refurbished (preferably antique) tables and only came across your website by accident (putting “refurbished” in Google).  I had never heard of Sovereign Leisure and neither had my local “adviser”, Frank Sandell.  However, he looked at your website and seemed impressed.

Many things about Sovereign leisure impressed me....
Your very apparent skills, experience and professionalism.
Your excellent communication at all times – quick response, photos, information – nothing too much trouble.
The obvious quality of the product.
Frequent and many surprises – but good ones!  I did not realise the comprehensive accessory “kit” was included and you even provided a canopy for me to renovate – then re wired it without being asked.  I imagined the cues and maybe balls would be second-hand too, but no, everything is good quality.  Then we mentioned 10 or 15 ball triangle and you immediately offered me both, again without any “negotiation”.  I know these are not big items in the overall budget but they all add up and I am sure that others would have been more penny pinching.  Moreover, the triangles are beautifully made to match.  I really appreciate that, and the attention to detail generally (screw slots lining up!)  The finished table looks wonderful and in its new lease of life.

Much of my business life has been involved in Japan and there the customer is second to none.  They live by their saying “the customer is God”... Unfortunately that generally cannot be said of the UK.  I get very angry and frustrated over the lack of care from most service providers.  They forget that without the customer, they would not have a business.  So today’s experience was hearting and refreshing.  Long may your enterprising group flourish as it deserves, given the attention you devote to the customer.
